These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, including the purchase and download of digital products such as therapy workbooks, guided meditations, and self-help resources (collectively, “Downloadables”). By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Eligibility and Account Registration

Purchases and Downloads
All Downloadables are digital files delivered electronically—no physical items are shipped. Prices are in USD and subject to change. Taxes may apply based on your location. Upon successful payment, you’ll receive a download link via email and/or your account dashboard. Links are valid for 7 days and limited to 3 downloads per purchase to prevent abuse. We use secure payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)—we do not store your payment details. Orders are final once processed, but see our Refund Policy below.
License and Use of Downloadables
All Downloadables are protected by copyright and owned by Guidance by Anita or its licensors. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only (e.g., one user per purchase). You may not resell, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Downloadables; use them for commercial purposes without written permission; or share access with others. Violation may result in license revocation and legal action.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we offer refunds within 7 days if the Downloadable is defective (e.g., file won’t open) or if you accidentally purchased the wrong item—contact support@guidancebyanita.com with your order number. No refunds for “change of mind” or if you’ve already downloaded/accessed the file. We comply with applicable laws (e.g., EU consumer rights for digital goods).
Disclaimers and Limitations
Our Downloadables are for informational and self-help purposes only and do not constitute professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider for personalized guidance. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or results from using our materials. Use at your own risk. Guidance by Anita is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Downloadables. Intellectual Property
The Site’s content, logos, and designs are owned by us. You may not copy or use them without permission. User-generated content (e.g., reviews) grants us a license to display it on the Site.
